Order This at Applebee's

From the menu:

Corn tortilla chips covered with spicy ground beef, black beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, fresh tomato and jalapeños.

The serving is large and is enough for 2 or 3 people. The only problem is inconsistency. When it's good, it's quite good. But when it's off, it can be very ho-hum.
