New Restaurant Opening Today

Southfork Kitchen in Bridgehampton. Going to be the first in the Hamptons using locally-grown, sustainable food sources. And has a Michelin-starred chef:
Opening this Saturday in Bridgehampton, Southfork Kitchen will the first sustainable restaurant in the Hamptons, highlighting fresh produce, sustainably-sourced seafood and proteins, local wineries, craft breweries, and many of Long Islands top organic food purveyors.  South Fork Kitchen will be manned by Michelin star chef Joe Isidori, an alumni chef of DJT at The Trump Las Vegas and Harbour in West SoHo.

Placing an emphasis on locally sourced, organic and sustainable business practices, the restaurant has teamed up with many of Long Island's like-minded food companies, utilizing Gosman's Dock, Amber Waves Farm, Dale & Betty's Farm, Mecox Bay Dairy, Amy's Preserves, and Blue Duck Bakery for the majority of their menu's needs.

I got a look at a sample menu, which is going to be seasonal, which is always good. Very interesting stuff. Should be a good place. Good luck to them.
