The August issue of Bon Appétit has a recipe for using up the cold cuts in your fridge: End-of-the-Week Deli Sandwich.
Here's the recipe: take the cold cuts in your fridge; put them between bread; and put on some other stuff like cheese and mayonnaise.
The people at Bon Appétit call this "clever." And say it takes 30 minutes.

Just found your blog and couldn't resist posting comment because (a) your post re Bon Appetit mag was hilarious, (b) your gorgeous profile photo, and (c) your moniker "Butter Lover". Everything IS better with butter, but sadly must survive on Olive Oil Becel.
