The August issue of Bon Appétit has a recipe for using up the cold cuts in your fridge: End-of-the-Week Deli Sandwich.
Here's the recipe: take the cold cuts in your fridge; put them between bread; and put on some other stuff like cheese and mayonnaise.
The people at Bon Appétit call this "clever." And say it takes 30 minutes.
