Q: What do you get when you combine Rachael Ray with Alton Brown?

The Food Network asks in a recent commercial, promoting its replacement of the 11 PM Iron Chef re-runs with Good Eats and Rachael Ray's horrid shows.

The Answer: Half an hour of watchable television.

For me, I like good ole' Sarah Molton.

She ain't dazzling in the presentation, but she is extremely pleasant, non-offensive, and a Just-The-Facts-About-Food Personality.

Apparently her "number" aren't that good to sustain a prime time network show, OF ANY KIND, but at least I don't have to endure these Personalities-With-A-Kink types, who are forced, and Fake, Phonies and Frauds.
